Our mission is to consolidate the highly regulated deeply fragmented aviation industry making the sector more efficient, sustainable, and competitive for the long-term.  Realizing economies of scale and other operating efficiencies by the sharing of resources, technologies, and best practices amongst portfolio companies, we achieve our mission and generate value for our stakeholders.

The Business

Headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, our mandate is to grow by acquisition developing a diversified portfolio of independently profitable aviation services companies from coast to coast and around the world.

Keeping the brands, management, and day-to-day operating teams of the companies we acquire, among the many segments of the broadly diversified aviation industry we are targeting the Cargo, Medevac, Air Ambulance, Sales and Leasing, and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul ("MRO") segments.  Prioritizing business operating in remote communities where reliable ground or rail transportation is not readily available and those that are vital to the supply chain, our mandate is to grow by acquisition realizing economies of scale.

Providing sellers with a cash on closing exit while preserving the legacy of their efforts faithfully serving aviation interests here at home and elsewhere abroad, our more than 100 years of global aviation operations experience will provide for improved operating performance of all portfolio companies while our mergers and acquisitions expertise will afford rapid expansion of the portfolio.​​
