Andrew Deeb

After graduating from the University of Toronto, Andrew went on to establish Hampton’s investment banking practice. Since doing so, he has had the pleasure of working in lockstep with a number of exceptional companies and their management teams, across numerous industries and capital markets transactions, founding, strategically guiding, and scaling businesses both in the private and public markets.

 

Andrew has shown a track record of success navigating early stage companies through the many perils and pitfalls that befall entrepreneurs in reaching their ultimate goals, while establishing relationships built on trust, and laying the ground work for continued success and growth for years to come.

 

Numerous years immersing himself across a number of industries has enabled him to connect, and form working relationships, with a long list of professionals, including private and public issuers, investor relations, institutions, local and national political figures, private equity firms, and UHNW investors.
