Mathew Lee, CPA

Mathew Lee has a distinguished career spanning over 15 years in finance and corporate leadership roles. A Co-Founder of Crown Aviation, Mr. Lee serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. 

 

Mr. Lee also holds the position of President at Manning Lee Management Ltd. and since November 2017, Mr. Lee has been providing CFO services to publicly traded companies in many diverse industries including technology, mining, cannabis, and ESG, among many others. Mr. Lee served as Financial Controller at AP Capital Management and held managerial positions at Raymond James Ltd. and Smythe LLP, where he excelled in audit, corporate finance, and operations management. 

 

A well diversified and experienced corporate finance professional, Mr. Lee’s particular expertise encompasses M&A accounting, securities regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. A CPA Charter holder and a Commerce graduate of the University of British Columbia, Mr. Lee resides in Vancouver.
