Background
Peter Hughes has an extensive background in complex public and private company transactions with direct experience in IPOs, RTOs, M&A, capital structuring, and financings.
Over the past 35 years Mr. Hughes has built numerous companies and has served on the Board of Directors and Independent Board Committees (audit, governance, nominating, and compensation) on behalf of publicly listed companies in both Canada and the United States (TSX, TSXV, NEO, CSE, AMEX (NY), and OTCQX). Mr. Hughes excels at fostering collaborative Board environments with strong interpersonal skills providing strategic perspectives to management while helping to drive sustainable growth.
Mr. Hughes is a floatplane-endorsed, private pilot and has been emersed in aviation from an early age. Mr. Hughes is based in Vancouver and holds a Science Degree from the University of British Columbia and is a graduate of the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute and the Director & Officer Course from Simon Fraser University.
