Trevor Davidson

Trevor Davidson is an accomplished professional with years of experience leading both public and private companies. Renowned for his visionary leadership, Trevor has a proven track record of successfully exiting businesses across many diverse industries. His expertise spans mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, corporate finance, and strategic management.

 

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Crown Aviation Holdings Inc., Trevor leads the Company’s effort to consolidate the deeply fragmented aviation services industry. Under his guidance, Crown Aviation has assembled a world-class board of directors with more than 100 years of global aviation operations experience and is executing its robust growth-by-acquisition strategy targeting cargo, medevac, air ambulance, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) and other aviation services companies from coast to coast and elsewhere around the world.

 

Trevor’s proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and unique ability to identify and realize new and emerging opportunities has quickly positioned Crown Aviation at the forefront of the aviation M&A arena.  Prior to the co-founding of Crown Aviation, Trevor led the consolidation of the Canadian childcare industry where he managed a roll-up strategy of independent early learning centers, daycares, Montessori schools, and before and after school care programs.  The portfolio of centers arranged by Trevor was later acquired by a major Canadian PE firm and taken private.

 

Based in Toronto, Ontario, Trevor is a graduate of the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University.  A passionate mentor and educator, Trevor has shared his entrepreneurial journey working with the University of British Columbia educating fourth year management students on the role of M&A and how the same factors in all financeable growth programs.
